Payment (payment method)
We accept payment using the following methods. Additionally, we do not accept payment by bank transfer.

Shipping｜Shipping fee
We will ship within 1-3 business days from the payment confirmation date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; up to 7 days for remote islands and some areas).
The shipping fee is a flat rate of 770 yen including tax, and 2,000 yen including tax for deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands. Additionally, orders over 10,000 yen will be delivered free of charge (for orders over 15,000 yen, shipping will be free of charge to Okinawa and remote islands).
Return/Exchange | Refund
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased products.
However, if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if there is some kind of defect in the product, we will take corrective action.
Once we have received your product, if we confirm that it is defective, we will replace it with the same product as long as it is in stock.We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the contact form. Thank you very much.
If we do not have stock that can be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
Change order details｜Cancel
We do not accept changes to the product, delivery address, or designated delivery date/time after the order has been confirmed.
Regarding the designated delivery date and time, please contact Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express to change the delivery slip number, which is included in the email sent when the product is shipped.
Also, please note that once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations due to customer reasons (size does not fit, order was made by mistake, the order is different from the image, etc.).
